I hope to reach my goal by
June 2013.
The very first day I started working out I ran a 2.6 mile route that is curvy and hilly. I pretty much died the entire way and walked more than anything.
Ever since then I have been intimidated by that route and have chosen other paths.
On Saturday I was feeling great and decided I wanted to conquer that path again.
It was hard but I ran the whole entire route without stopping in 35 minutes!
I feel so proud of myself! I am becoming the healthy girl that I have wanted to be for so long but never did anything about it. I feel great! I think I want to do a 5k soon :)
