Curry Quinoa Wrap
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Carrot
- 1/4 cup Quinoa
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 2 leaves Romaine
- 2 Whole wheat tortillas
Cook the quinoa according to directions on box, mix in curry powder. Chop the avocado and romaine, and shred the carrot. Split the ingredients between the 2 wraps. Fold and enjoy :)
WEIGHT- 119 lbs
BREAKFAST- Strawberries, Apple, Orange
LUNCH- Yogurt, Carrots, Watermelon, 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter
DINNER- Homemade carrot and ginger soup
EXERCISE- None. Today’s my mom’s birthday and I’m feeling really sad and homesick all the way over here in China. So I’m bumming it.
**Although I divided it into breakfast and lunch I just snacked on those things all day.**
Weight- 121.0 lbs
BREAKFAST- Coconut water, banana, tangerine, boiled egg
LUNCH- Large cucumber, light italian dressing, 2 boiled eggs
DINNER- Homemade vegetable soup, apple, peanut butter
EXERCISE- 45 minutes of Jillian Michael’s Killer Buns & Thighs, 15 Minutes of Ab Ripper X (P90X)
Hello again tumblr! I’ve been MIA for a while but big news I’m living in China now for the next 10 months. I’m continuing my fitness journey on the other side of the world.
For the most part my diet is healthy and I’m not too concerned about that. We walk A LOT which is a nice change. I enjoy it for now but it will get cold pretty soon. Aside from walking I started my third week of P90X today. I’ve missed it!
I did P90X about 4 years ago and lost 20 pounds (without watching what I ate…don’t tell tony). While here in China I should be able to complete it 3 times. Wish me luck!
